End-User License Agreement

Internal-use license

Buehler Trapani LLC grants authorized personnel a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the BTLLP KPI Dashboard solely for approved internal business purposes. The dashboard is not licensed or offered to external customers or the public.

QuickBooks Online connection

The dashboard may connect to a QuickBooks Online company after an authorized administrator grants permission through Intuit's OAuth process. The integration is read-only and uses accounting information for internal KPI and financial reporting. It does not create, edit, or delete QuickBooks records. Authorization may be revoked through Intuit or by contacting the dashboard administrator.

Authorized use

• Users must protect their credentials and access only information needed for their assigned duties.
• Users must comply with firm confidentiality, privacy, security, records-management, and acceptable-use requirements.
• Users may not share access, circumvent controls, probe the service, introduce malicious code, extract information for an unrelated purpose, or disclose dashboard data to an unauthorized person.
• QuickBooks and other connected-system data may be used only for the dashboard's approved internal functions.

Ownership

Buehler Trapani LLC and its licensors retain all rights in the dashboard, its software, design, documentation, and related materials. This agreement grants permission to use the dashboard but does not transfer ownership.

Data and privacy

Use of the dashboard is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Users acknowledge that approved firm and connected-system data will be processed to provide the dashboard's internal reporting functions.

Availability and professional judgment

The dashboard is an internal analytical aid and may contain delays, estimates, categorization differences, or errors. It is not a substitute for the official records in QuickBooks Online or other source systems, professional accounting advice, legal advice, or independent review. Users remain responsible for verifying information before relying on it.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, including when employment or authorization ends, security is at risk, or these terms or firm policies are violated. Upon termination, the user must stop accessing the dashboard and any information obtained from it except as authorized by the firm.

Disclaimer and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the dashboard is provided for internal use on an as-available basis without warranties beyond those expressly required by law. Nothing in this agreement limits obligations that cannot lawfully be limited or overrides applicable employment, confidentiality, professional, or records-management duties.

Changes and contact

Buehler Trapani LLC may update these terms as the dashboard or applicable requirements change. Questions should be directed to the firm administrator responsible for the dashboard.
