Buehler Trapani LLC

Privacy Policy

Effective August 9, 2026

Scope

The BTLLP KPI Dashboard is an internal business application operated by Buehler Trapani LLC. It is available only to authorized personnel and is not offered to customers or the public. This policy explains how the dashboard handles information, including data obtained from QuickBooks Online.

Information handled

  • Work-account information used to authenticate and authorize personnel.
  • Internal operational, billing, matter, activity, and performance information supplied by firm systems.
  • Read-only QuickBooks Online accounting information used for financial reporting, such as Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet reports, account and expense categories, invoices, purchases, and related synchronization metadata when those features are enabled.
  • QuickBooks company identifiers and OAuth credentials needed to maintain the authorized connection. Passwords for QuickBooks are not collected by the dashboard.
  • Routine technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the application.

How information is used

Information is used solely for Buehler Trapani LLC's internal administration, KPI reporting, financial analysis, workforce and expense analysis, security, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The QuickBooks integration is read-only: the dashboard retrieves and displays accounting information but does not create, edit, or delete records in QuickBooks Online.

Sharing and sale

The dashboard does not sell QuickBooks data or other personal information, use it for advertising, share it between unrelated customers, or provide outside parties access to it. Information may be processed by service providers that host or support the dashboard, database, authentication, backup, and QuickBooks connection, subject to their service terms and safeguards. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the firm, its personnel, or its systems.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only while reasonably needed for the dashboard's internal functions, security, legal obligations, and recovery processes. Authorized administrators may disconnect QuickBooks to stop future collection. Stored data is removed or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention requirements and the normal expiration of protected backups.

Security

Buehler Trapani LLC uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to limit access to authorized personnel and protect information in transit and at rest. No system can guarantee absolute security, and personnel must follow firm confidentiality and security requirements.

Choices and requests

Authorized users may contact the Buehler Trapani LLC administrator responsible for the dashboard to ask about access, correction, deletion, retention, or the QuickBooks connection. QuickBooks authorization can also be revoked through the applicable Intuit account.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the dashboard, legal requirements, or firm practices. The effective date above identifies the current version.
